Field Site Updates:
U11 through U14 / Farmington: Agreement in place to develop training fields for this fall at the Farmington Polo Grounds, space will be prepared for soccer training fields, full details announced soon - Games played at Tunxis Meade
U15 through U18 / Meriden: Extended agreement in place with the group from Falcon Field for all training and games to be held on the Field Turf Field in Meriden
Other / Loomis Chaffee fields still available to SoccerPlus

SoccerPlus Staff and Coaches Announced

                                     Team Player in England, UEFA 1 & 2 License)
+ Boys U15 & Up Director - Paul Wright (CCSU Men’s Assistant Coach, USSF B)
+ Girls U15 & Up Director - Mick D’Arcy (CCSU Women’s Head Coach, USSF A)
+ Director of Youth Development (Boys and Girls U14 & Under)
                                     - Eric DaCosta (Quinnipiac University Men’s Head Coach)
+ SOCCERPLUS has a full-time office staff on hand throughout the year to offer support to the club

SoccerPlus - South Central Premier
+ Alliance
The Strategic Alliance between SoccerPlus and South Central Premier was explained by both Mick D'Arcy from SoccerPlus and Adam Cohen from South Central Premier, here are some of the notes:
+ The alliance will be visible this year at the U17 and U18 levels on both the girls and boys sides.
+ Both Clubs will join together to form only one girls U18 team
+ At the U17 Girls level - SoccerPlus will have an ECNL team and South Central Premier will still have a Girls Select "State" team. As the ECNL roster can hold 26 players there will be opportunities for movement onto the ECNL roster
+ Tryouts for the U17 and U18 girls teams will be held jointly starting on June 21.
+ South Central Premier already conducted tryouts for their Academy boys teams, some SoccerPlus CT boys were in attendance and will be considered along with the feedback from the SoccerPlus coaches. Additionally, the boys from SoccerPlus will be considered for involvement with the Academy Program throughout the upcoming season. SoccerPlus Boys tryouts begin on Monday June 21.
+ Both clubs will be able to exchange coaching and administrative expertise and ideas to further strengthen both clubs off the field as well.
