BUTTONS ON THE EDITOR:

Buttons in order of appearance:
Bold - Used to
make text bold (select text using your
mouse by holding the left mouse button while dragging the
cursor over the text you want to bold)
Paint Palette -
Used to change the color of text
(select text using your mouse by holding the left mouse
button while dragging the cursor over the text you want to
change the color of)
Left Justify -
Used to make text "sit" on left edge of cell
(select text using your mouse by holding the left mouse
button while dragging the cursor over the text you want to
justify)
Center Justify -
Used to make text "sit" in center of cell
(select text using your mouse by holding the left mouse
button while dragging the cursor over the text you want to
justify)
Right Justify -
Used to make text "sit" on right edge of cell
(select text using your mouse by holding the left mouse
button while dragging the cursor over the text you want to
justify)
Insert Row after -
Used to insert a new row after the cell you have
selected (select the cell in any table
by clicking next to text in any part of that cell, you will
see a blinking cursor in that cell after you select it, see
below)

Insert Row before -
Used to insert a new row before the cell you have
selected (select the cell in any table
by clicking next to text in any part of that cell, you will
see a blinking cursor in that cell after you select it, see
above)
Delete Row - Used
to delete the row you have selected
(select the cell in any table by clicking next to text in
any part of that cell, you will see a blinking cursor in
that cell after you select it, see above)
Undo Button
- Used to "undo" the last change you made
(if you make a mistake, simply click
the undo button to undo the last change you made. When you
are satisfied with your changes, then you can save the page)
THINGS YOU CAN DO WITH THE EDITOR:
Update your roster, change the spelling of a name, position,
etc.
Update your schedule, post a score, change a start time,
change the game location, etc
Add Team Accomplishments after winning a tournament
List Practice Times, or practice cancellations
Select text and make it bold
Change the color of text
Adjust the alignment of text in any cell (Left, center, or
right justified)
You can now add or delete a whole “row” to a table, this
will allow you to add a new player, add a new game, add a
new row to team notes or accomplishments, etc
The final two buttons on the editor are the redo/undo
buttons, if you make a mistake, simply click the undo button
and try again.
The online editor will allow you to type in text and change
the color/size of text. The editor will allow you to make
simple changes to your page very similar to using Microsoft
Word and or Excel. Once you make a change you can save your
changes by clicking the "Save Changes" button located below
the editor window.

SOME RULES TO FOLLOW WHEN USING THE
ONLINE EDITOR:
- Only make changes to your team page if OK'd by the Team
Head Coach
- Do not delete any pictures, tables, or other information
on the page that I have included such as the team logo, etc
- Remember that the editor emails me and also creates a log
of all edits to the pages, these logs are time stamped and
tagged with your individual user ID
- We have a great group of Coaches and Managers so I know
that none of you will post any offensive material, however,
we can not use the pages as a message board, so please do
not post messages about other teams/clubs, and only post
necessary information for your team so you do not flood your
team page with "fluff" for example... "Good Job this weekend
ladies!" or "Get ready for a big game against Oakwood this
weekend!" etc
- If at any time you would like something posted to your
team page that the online editor will not allow you to do,
please contact me to make those changes. These changes may
include but will not be limited to adding a new listing for
driving directions, adding a team picture, adding a team
sponsor's logo, adding a team picture gallery, adding links,
and more.
HOW DO I LOGIN TO THE EDITOR?
You will see that in the Site Navigation menu I have added
the link: "Manager Sign In"

Each user has a unique User ID and Password, If you have
forgotten your password,

HOW DO I SELECT MY TEAM TO EDIT?
Once you login, your User Name will appear on the top of the
page and there will be a drop down menu of the teams that
you are associated with. Use the drop down menu to select
your team and then make your changes.
If your team does not show up,

HOW DO I SAVE MY EDITS?
When you are finished making your
changes click the “save changes” button at the bottom of the
editor. After the changes have processed and you are
finished with your changes you can click on the “logout”
link at the top of the page next to your name.
