Typical Day

7:15 Woke-up and had a shower

7:30 Went to Breakfast. Pancakes were great!

8:30 First session was footwork. Lots of new exercises that I can do at home.

9:30 Second session. Collapse and extension diving. I learned how to fly!

12:00 Lunch. I think I drank more than I ate. The trainer warned us not to get dehydrated.

12:30 Serious power nap.

2:30 Third session. Cross balls and boxing. "KEEPER" That ball is mine!

5:00 Dinner. Not exactly like Mom’s dinner but I did clean my plate.

5:45 Checked out the Camp Store. Some awesome adidas gear. Thanks for the Jersey Dad.

6:45 Fourth session. Some game like situations and Keeper Wars. I don’t know where I am getting the energy from.

8:30 Shower and clean up.

9:15 Classroom session. Great advice on nutrition and pre-game meals

11:00 Lights-out. ZZZZZZZZZ
