Woke-up and had a shower

Went to Breakfast. Pancakes were great!

First session was footwork. Lots of new exercises
that I can do at home.

Second session. Collapse and extension diving. I learned how
to fly!

Lunch. I think I drank more than I ate. The trainer warned
us not to get dehydrated.

Serious power nap.

Third session. Cross balls and boxing. "KEEPER"
That ball is mine!

Dinner. Not exactly like Moms dinner but I did clean my
plate.

Checked out the Camp Store. Some awesome adidas gear. Thanks
for the Jersey Dad.

Fourth session. Some game like situations and Keeper
Wars. I dont know where I am getting the energy from.

Shower and clean up.

Classroom session. Great advice on nutrition and pre-game
meals
