\\\ Medical Information
At every SoccerPlus Camps Location there will be at least one certified Athletic Trainer on site 24 hours a day, for every day at camp. The Athletic Training staff from SoccerPlus Camps will tend to all medical situations, including the administration of all medications, establishing a relationship with local hospitals for emergencies, professionally taping if the student needs it before each session, and more. The Athletic Trainer will be at registration checking over every medical form and highlighting any special needs that need to be watched during the week. Every student will receive a medical form along with their confirmation of acceptance, this medical form needs to be completed and the student must be medically cleared to fully participate in camp activities.

\\\ Student Supervision
The students at SoccerPlus spend the entire week right on campus. Housing, dining facilities and of course the training fields are all located within the campus facilities. At no time do we take the students off campus. We have separate dormitories for boys and girls, each dorm is off limits to the opposite sex. Our staff stay in the same dorms and on every floor as the students. That means that there is always a SoccerPlus Staff member right down the hall if there is any emergency or problem that needs to be addressed. Attendance is taken at least 4 times a day.

\\\ How can I get a message to camp?
During camp SoccerPlus employs a camp administrator who is at camp 24 hours a day. That administrator will be carrying a cell phone and will be able to be contacted 24 hours a day. Some sites will also give us an actual phone line that can be used as a back up to our administrator's cell phone. In case of an emergency only, you can leave a detailed message for an administrator at any camp site during that week of camp by calling the telephone number listed on the message at 1.800.533.7371.

\\\ Refund Policy
The deposit of $250 is non-refundable. Cancellations within 15 days prior to the start of camp are subject to a 50% refund and also 50% credit to attend SoccerPlus Camps in 2008, less the cost of the $250 non-refundable deposit. If a student leaves camp early for medical reasons, the portion of time missed from camp less the deposit can be used as credit to attend SoccerPlus Camps in 2009. We reserve the right to handle all refunds on an individual basis.

\\\ Full Time Office Staff
SoccerPlus Camps employs a full-time year-round office staff. These staff members are actual directors within the camp and can answer any questions you have about our Programs, etc. Our office is located in the new state-of-the-art training complex Farmington Sports Arena in Farmington, CT which is just west of Hartford.
